After 6 week I am Still Not Smoking

Well it has been over a month since I Stopped Smoking. The Blue Electronic Cigarettes are still working for me. I am still using the Non-Nicotine cartridges, I have re-ordered a new supply of cartridges. I am trying all the different flavored ones that are available. The Java flavored cartridges are my favorit so far, they are kind of a cross between the Classic Tobacco flavor and the Cherry. The Menthol Flavor is very “Mentholy”, I was not a menthol smoker so I did not care for that as much. But back to my experience with quitting smoking using these Blu Cigarettes. These things are working for me! I am as shocked as all my friends are that I am still smoke free, I smoked for 26 years and averaged about 1+ packs a day. I am also now smoking less using the Electronic Cigarettes, I only drag on it about 20 times a day. I find that I am not figity and I have not gained any weight since I stopped smoking.

Have you tried everything to quit smoking? I should be an expert by now. I’ve quit smoking hundreds of times. I quit smoking for over a year once, and thought I could just have one to see if I still liked it. I found out I couldn’t have just one. One cigarette leads to another, and then another. Before you know it, you’re smoking again. Do you want to quit smoking, but find yourself with nothing to do with your hands? Do you want to quit smoking, but still have all the oral fixes that goes with smoking and keep food out of the picture? I found electric cigarettes through a friend of mine and started doing some research. I ordered the starter kit, but here’s the thing. With electric cigarettes you can order them WITHOUT nicotine. Electric Cigs helped me quite smoking, even though it hasn’t been studied yet, but who cares! I enjoy the oral fix from holding the electric cigs, I get to have fun with the “smoke”, which is actually harmless water vapor. There are 5 different flavors so far, and you can get them in 3 different levels of nicotine OR without nicotine. The rising price of regular cigarettes was killing me as much as the tar and who knows what other carcinogens. From what I read, electric cigarettes have water vapor that comes from an atomizer, but you don’t get all the tar and other carcinogens, and they are 75% less in cost than regular cigs! I figured that I had spent hundreds of dollars on other ways to quit smoking, why not take a chance and give this a try. I’m saving money, and I still get to “smoke”, but no nicotine, no carcinogens, no tar, AND I can smoke anywhere I want really. To be honest, I didn’t want to try it out on the airplane, and haven’t tried it in other non-smoking areas, but I have been smoking them in my house! There is no second hand smell of any kind. The vapor dissipates pretty fast, and has no effect on anyone else around me. I’m hooked, but for a completely different reason than regular cigs. I’ve quite smoking regular cigarettes and made the switch to electronic. Three weeks now, and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to traditional smoking! I‘m telling everyone I know how I quite smoking, and believe me, if I can do it this way, so can you!
